We Invite You to Visit Us
All kids between 11-17 from any town and school are welcome to join.
We invite new Scouts and their families to visit us on any of our regularly scheduled Troop meetings held at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, which is located at 300 Shunpike Road, Chatham NJ (next to Cougar Field).
Our Troop meetings are on Mondays at 7:00pm unless there is a holiday. If you would like to join us or simply want more information, please email us at chathamtroop28@gmail.com.
How to Register a New Scout
For new scouts, you need to complete the following:
Create an account at my.scouting.org and fill in the online application
Print and submit BSA medical forms Part A & B
Pay the annual dues via check made out to Troop 28
Annual dues cover all regular troop activities, camping fees, food on camping trips, national registration, subscription to Scouts Life Magazine, Merit Badges and awards, general training, troop insurance, and scholarships for Troop 28 scouts in need.
